How do I choose a size?
Check the body and garment measurement tables on each product page. Fitted and relaxed styles have different silhouettes.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
When does processing begin?
Orders placed after 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. For ordinary returns, items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging, with supplied tags attached. Contact us for authorization first.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for company errors, damaged or defective items. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Original-condition requirements do not prevent claims for items received damaged, defective or incorrect.
When are approved refunds returned?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
