30-day returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Contact support with your order number and reason before sending any item. We will provide authorization and return instructions.
Ordinary return condition
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with any supplied tags attached.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. Ordinary original-condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item received damaged, defective or incorrect. We cover return shipping when the issue is our responsibility.
Return costs
Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items or defects. No restocking fee applies.
